The hostel was fantastic! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, providing a warm welcome. The facilities were great, including a hot shower and a roof terrace. The location was key, centrally located and close to the cable car station. The best part was the coffee tour we took, which was incredible. The guide was fantastic and we learned a lot about the coffee process. Definitely the best place to stay in the area and organize activities.
There were a couple of minor downsides. The room lacked a closet or shelves, so we had to put our clothes on the floor to unpack.

This hostel offers a great location in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the rooms are comfortable and come with private bathrooms, providing convenience and privacy. Guests can enjoy the spacious common areas, including a rooftop terrace and a movie room where they can relax and watch Netflix or Disney+. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay.
The neighborhood where the hostel is located can feel a bit lonely at night, which may give a sense of insecurity.

I recently stayed at Golden Frog for 4 nights, one night in a dorm and three nights in a private room with a shared bathroom. The dorm had comfortable single beds and plenty of room, while the private room was spacious with large storage shelves and chairs. The hostel is well-maintained and clean, with friendly and welcoming staff. The communal dinners are a great way to meet fellow travelers, and the common areas are cozy and well-equipped. The breakfast is delicious and the rooftop terrace is a charming spot to relax. Laundry service is also available at a reasonable price. I had a fantastic time at Golden Frog and would highly recommend it!
Totally recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and kind, always willing to answer my questions and provide recommendations. . the location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to attractions and amenities in the city. the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay.
I found the bathrooms to be quite a distance from the dorm rooms, which was a minor inconvenience. . the city center where the hotel is located was a bit dull, with limited options for restaurants and bars.

For the value we paid, our stay at Golden Frog was fantastic. The room was spacious, and we had hot water in the shower. The location was great, right in the heart of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast option better was if there were more choices available.
